Job description:porch approx 2sqm stairs: currently, u go thru to lounge to go upstairs. Want to block this wall and create stair access from hallway. Small-ish loft currently just boarded - want to convert this to bedroom, including proper staircase access. Brick-built lean-to/conservatory (approx 4m x 1.5m) currently adjoins kitchen. Want to properly insulate etc andknock through to make kitchen/diner.
