Job description:We've been advised that the garage, which is internally accessed via the Utility Room, requires additional fireproofing between the asbestos panels. A number of joints or timber plates are exposed, which would not prevent the spread of fire from the ground to the first floor. We have been informed that this can be best achieved with plasterboard fillets and fire caulking.
