Job description:Require a fully managed build. Including dismantling of existing 8'x8 soft skinned extension and removal of all waste. New brick built kitchen extension 19' x 8', plumbed for full kitchen utilities, units installed. Gas cooker to be relocated within existing kitchen. Extension to be open plan therefore current exterior wall to kitchen would need to be removed. Further work required will be to have a patio relayed to rear and side of house approx 30 sq m. Requirement for planning permission unknown. Would expect builder to design and advise on requirement for planning permission.
