Job description:the footprint is 20sq meters (5m by 4m) there is one room, single story (to be a kitchen) may also need some pipes moved for a downstairs toilet. will dig the foundations myself. and have already contacted a roofer. my builder has joined the army so need a replacment. will need pipework for sink in kitchen.
