One room extension to property in Whiteley

Job description:To build an extension on the back of the house consisting of one room (considering brick extension or conservatory). Size will depend on what is possible without taking up too much garden. Only likely to be 14 ft by 12 ft or something like that. However, a problem we have is that the garden is on a higher level than the house (approx 5ft)and the garden will therefore need pushing back to accomodate the extension. This job will therefore involve excavation by digger, provision of supporting walls and landscaping of the remaining garden (the heavy work).
