Job description:Ground Floor, Split open plan lounge/kitchen in two to create two seperate rooms. Plasterboard wall across the middle of the room with new door to one end plus movment of light switches First Floor, split bedroom in two to create an additional bedroom. Plasterboard wall accross the width of the room. Will also require some rearranging of existing doors and plasterboard walls plus movement of light switches. Installation of new large Velux with vertical element and also installation of new velux. Larg Velux is to replace 2 existing small Velux windowS I have PDF version of plans if required for quote
