Job description:One ceiling joist in the kitchen has part rotted away due to a gradual leak in my shower and I have been informed that this needs replacing, or at least the section that has rotted away. I have also had a leak from my plug hole which has brought down the kitchen ceiling so this needs re boarding and plastering and to do this the kitchen wall units will need removing and putting back up.
