Job description:I have an empty property that has fallen into disrepair. Needs various minor repairs, small bit of damp, some internal painting required, bay window is leaking, reposition boiler from the bedroom downstairs to utility room, tidy garden. Just want to get it in to a suitable state to sell or rent out. None of the jobs are major but lots of small issues, would suit general builder or someone specialising in property maintenance.
