Job description:I received the following instructions from the surveyor when I rang my insurance company regarding cracking at either side of my bay window: 'Further to my examination of the damage to you home I confirm my advice to you that the external cracking to the right of the ground floor bay at the junction with the front elevation is believed to be the reopening of poorly historic damage. The cracking should be repaired using 'helibar' stainless steel stitching anchors bent and chased into the masonry across the junction prior to subsequent repointing.' Helibars need put in on either side of the bay window and re pointed. The insurance company have told me that my insurance does not cover this, therefore I need to arrange and cover the costs myself. We need the job to be done ASAP, but we will need receipted for the work carried out. Many Thanks Katie Richardson
