Job description:Wimpey 60's semi-detached. Existing front porch suffers from water ingress and damp and needs to be replaced. Suspect the all-round windows are the problem. Hopefully current foundations are sound. Would like a pitched roof, brick walls, a couple of double-glazed windows and door.
