Job description:Removal of main existing load bearing wall to extend existing kitchen into large kitchen/sun room/dining room. New room will be approximately 5mx5m. All existing internals in kitchen and adjoinoing dining rooom to be stripped to bare. Adjoining room approx. 5mx4m. Prepare floor surfaces for U/F heating system, throughout. Replace existing kitchen with new. Raise level of floor in adjoining room (6 in) and replaster all walls and ceilings. Requires structural work, building of extension (foundations, external and internal walls), preparation of opening for folding sliding glass doors, all flooring (tiles and hardwood), plumbing, electrics, plastering, finishing etc. Architects drawings all complete and Building Warrant has been granted. Work is ready to proceed.
