Job description:I have a stand alone single brick garage which I would like to conver to a gym.I'm looking for someone to undertake or at least oversee all aspects of the coversion which will include some work to the roof, electrics, and replacing the existing garage style door. May also need to put new flooring in. And these are just the bits that spring to mind. No doubt there will be more needed.

Budget:Under £4,000
