Job description:Remove load bearing wall and fit 178x102x19 beam using 440x215 RC 30 padstone as per engineering drawing brace the remaining section of wall using 100x50 studs. Beam is on site. Debris will be removed by myself. Opening to be cut in the wall is 2239 wide.
