Repairing/replacing of blown concrete steps and replacing of railings in Newlands Auldburn

Job description:From the rear entrance of the house there are 5/6 steps that run along the house, then 2/3 run perpendicular in to the garden. There is a metal hand rail that runs along the outside of the steps. A number of the steps have blown from the weather last winter. I'm looking to repair or replace the steps and rail depending on the qoutes and timescale.
