Job description:I am looking for a builder to remove an internal wall in a top floor flat in Glasgow. The building is a traditional red sandstone tenement flat located in the West End. The wall is approximately 2m wide. I believe that it may be load bearing, so it will likely require some sort of support once removed. I would also like someone that will be able to provide the necessary information to the council for the building warrant application (any calculations, etc. required for the job). I would also require a new doorway to be created. This would be in a non-load bearing wall. If contacting me by phone, please leave a message on my answering service if I do not answer.
