Job description:Two story extension extending out 4m to rear along the length of bungalow and creating a 2nd floor with the requirement to raise the roof level. Planning permission and building warrant approved. Architect drawings complete. Budget >£100,000 and target build time of 5 months. Looking to start asap - bought the house with a view to extending. May be looking to sit down with builder to look at possible cost savings if necessary. Ideally looking for a builder with experience of similar sized project. Drawings and spec can be forwarded in order to gain detailed quotations.
