Job description:Front door porch with toilet. Work to be done April 2008. Builder to obtain planning permission if necessary. Property currently occupied by tenant. I work abroad but will be retiring in 2008. We are in Glasgow for August and need to arrange for the job to be done in April next year and wnat to make this arrangement while we are available to meet builders..
