Job description:Old staircase needs to be removed and the floor (joists, floorboards etc) needs to be sorted out around the new staircase (we already have a joiner fixed up to make and install the new staircase). An internal wall needs to be taken down and a new one built. Either our old kitchen needs to be reinstalled or a new kitchen needs to be put in. New floor coverings in the kitchen/dining room need to be laid. Plus some other bits of work. It's a small old oak framed cottage that has just had the external walls rebuilt/restored.
