Job description:Kitchen/diner extension with a solid section to roughly 2m running down the side of the property (adjoining the neighbours) with a glass roof, part of which to be obscured. Dimensions roughly 3.8m x 7m. There will be a slope to the extension, with the top which adjoins the neighbours extension at roughly 3.6 metres, sloping to 2 metres. Wide wooden/glass sliding or folding doors at the end of the extension onto the garden. Steel lintels will no doubt be required to support the first floor rear section of the property (above the proposed extension) which measures roughly 3m x 3m. Other jobs to include new stairs to first and loft levels.
