Job description:Kitchen to be extended by removing two internal walls. New opening in outside wall and installation of french doors, two old external doorways to be bricked-up. Internal doorway to be moved. Gas boiler and radiator to be moved. New ceiling (with recessed lighting) and flooring. Possible installation of new kitchen units. Patio and passageway to be tidied up by removal of some concrete and paving laid. Blocked up fireplace to be opened up and fireplace installed. Possibly bathroom refit as well.
