Job description:This job is to separate an existing kitchen,utility room. create a new doorway into utility room from hall, replace existing 100 year old kitchen floor with new concrete slab and appropriate damp proofing, replaster room ready for new kitchen to be fitted. In detail: Brick up archway between kitchen and utility room, plaster to finish both sides. Create new door openning from main hall to said utility room Fit door frame and door. Replace existing kitchen floor with new concrete slab & damp proofing, currently woodblock laid on pitch and rotting! Kitchen is approx 5m by 3.5m Advise on state of plaster in Kitchen with a view to replacement possibly dry lining or similar.
