Job description:2 storey extension to rear of the property 5.4m x 3.5m then with a conservatorie to the side 5.4m x2.5m which will be 2 sided the ground floor of the extension will be open plan with the conservatorie then the up stair will be dived into 2 rooms and a small hallway one being a new family bathroom. the work will also included fitting a new fuse box and moving the boiler to a side wall from the back wall
