Job description:We are a local letting agent and are desperately in need of a reliable, reasonable, honest and fair general property maintenance company to undertake the maintenance on our rented property portfolio ranging from dripping taps to damp issues! We are looking to build a good relationship with one person/company who we can call on to do most of our work. You will need to understand the Letting Business in order to understand how we pay invoices! We would need to see a copy of public liabillity insurance.
