Job description:1. Removal of two disused chimney breasts, floor area approx 2'x4'6" and 2'6"x6'. The flat is on the 3rd and 4th(top) floors of an Ex-LA block. Work would include installation of floor over the downwards continuation of the chimney. 2. Removal of interior partition walls - 10'-12' in 3 parts, construction and finishing of 1 internal partition, 3' across.
