Job description:Brick up front of garage and install a window, knock through to porch and lay Kingspan flooring. build stud wall for downstairs lavatory replace existing side door with upvc door. Supply and install WC and sink. This will include ground works to get to foul manhole where there is a spare. (roughly 7 meters to manhole) Plaster all walls and ceilings and supply and fit electrical outlets and lighting
