Job description:1. Locate and insulate water pipes from kitchen to utility room. Securing pipes if necessary Pipes pass from ground floor kitchen extension through a low pitched roof to utility room. Need to remove some roof tiles. 2. Seal underneath of utility room door and window with mortar and repoint as necessary around utility window/door. Remove old mortar and repoint below kitchen window and to side of kitchen window. Dig out and replace four brick width of traditional style brick curbing at edge of block drive with grey curb stones in car park style and secure with concrete. 3. Incorporate stability bracing to the trussed rafter roof. 100 X 20 timbers to be added from roof apex to the underside of the rafters extending down diagonally to the eaves. Four sets to be added ie corresponding to each side of the house.
