Job description:Rectify water ingress on barn conversion. Water is penetrating somehow and creating a well in the over window DPC. This fills up and overflows causing the top of the window reveal to leak. Two windows are affected. I have to get 3 quotes for this work. The barn is stone outer wall, block inner wall and rubble filled. The windows are on the ground floor, there is no issue with the windows above.
