Frame around an existing chimney breast, plasterboard and skim it in Warley

Job description:The chimney breast coming through the bedroom from the fireplace in the living room below is approx 14x19 inches. There is a large pipe poking up through the bedroom floor immediately next to the chimney breast that needs to be hidden behind a 'false' chimney breast - increasing the size of the chimney breast to approx 19x28 inches. This would need plasterboarding and skimming and skirting board reinstating around the chimney breast and neighbouring wall. Also there is a hole in the internal wall where an old air vent was removed - about 12 inches square - that needs filling in and plastering over.
