Job description:convert current garage and extendout onto driveway by about 7 foot- so flush with front of house. Rear part of garage to be partioned off and used as utility and accessed from kitchen(as currently). front part to be converted to living room/playroom. Access needed at bottom of stairs - currently window there. build up over garage to provide bedroom with ensuite shower room. Access needed at top of current stairs.
