Job description:Currently a 2 bed cottage (bathroom upstairs) and sitting room and kitchen downstairs. Would extend from this to make a new large room downstairs (although potentially want to move kitchen to this new large area-could you quote with and without new kitchen?). Upstairs 2 further bedrooms and a small en suite. The current bathroom will also need re-doing. Will involve moving the staircase too, current plans for 63 square foot extension. Many thanks
