Job description:We have just received planning application approval to build a master bedroom (plus ensuite) above our double garage and add a porch to the front of our property, which will include a slight extension of our current study space. We have full plans for these alterations that can be provided on request. We also want to knock our current kitchen and dining room together to make a large family kitchen/dining space.
