Roof to be formed with aluminium glazing system. internal concretesteps to change in floor level from entrance hieght to lower level of the existing ground floor level 1145mm down. Front wall 4m wide x 3.8m high to be sandstone with large glazed opening 2.8m wide x 3.0m high including solid hardwood door. Rear elevation to be full width 4.0m wide glass folding 'solar doors'.Internal modifications 40m2 - relocate stair within existing stairwell, remove two internal walls and re-align first floor ensuite.Architectural drawings available on request.
