Job description:Garage to be converted into a 3rd bedroom and possibly back room adjoining garage to be converted into an en-suite bathroom. Not sure of budget at present - looking to see what quotes are but work definitely needs doing ASAP. Not sure of job start date either but ideally (depending on how quickly funds can be obtained) work will require commencing in next 1-3 months)
