Job description:loooking for a local builder to remove part of concrete floor in bathroom (in a bungalow) which is a different level than part of same which is wooden floor and then replace with wooden floor and some new joists (materials supplied) size of concrete area to replace with joists and floor board is quite small approx 1.5 mt x 1mt, also to install 2 no pacyfier air vents in living room and bedroom,maybe some more small jobs at same time. only good tradesman who know what their doing need call job required asap
