Job description:I have 2 large downstair rooms in which i would like to convert into a self contained flat, one room will need starting from scratch as it consist of just brick and rubble on the floor, you will also need to dig the floor out in this room as the head height will not be enough, the 2nd room has been plaster boarded, (not the best plaster board) but also has carpet down and is currently used as a laundry room.
