Job description:Summary of Work 1. We have a kitchen extension at the back of the house; the stone slates above the kitchen do not overlap properly and water is coming through into the space between the inner and outer walls above the kitchen window when it rains heavily. The plaster is now crumbly and very soft due to water ingress. Work required to realign the stone slates externally and replaster internally. 2. Replace approx. 5 metres of plastic guttering at the front of the house. Again, when it rains heavily water is running down the front of the house and not being channelled away by the guttering. 3. There are 4 upper windows and two lower windows; the mastic around the windows is crumbly and coming away. It looks very scruffy and so we need to replace the mastic and repaint.
