Job description:Works to front and back yards on terraced property in Marsden Cellar / former coal storage with concrete suspended ceiling under front yard. Water currently leaks through from yard into cellar. - Stone flags to be lifted in yard and material removed to reveal top surface of suspended ceiling. - Drainage from front of yard under pavement to be unblocked. - Fall towards drain to be corrected. - Ventilation pipe(s) to be bored though suspended ceiling and capped with suitable cover(s) to allow air circulation into cellar. - Yard to be asphalted, with asphalt lapped into joint above ground level course of stone yard wall and front wall of property. - Stone flags to be re-laid. Back yard: - Flags to be relaid and pointed - Leaking joint on neighbour's soil pipe to be investigated and repaired
