Job description:We need our loft converting into a study. This job is not a full loft conversion as we don't have the required height to meet building regs. We are looking to: Access through a substantial loft ladder. Roof insulated with a Velux installed. Electrics and lighting. Walls and ceiling plasterboarded and skimmed. Subfloor installed. Under eve storage cupboards built. Approx area 4 x 7 meters.
