Job description:We are fixing all of the jobs that need to be done before probably selling the house. - We have a GRP conservatory roof that has a leak so we would like that to be fixed if possible, there is also a leak where it joins the side of the house. - The bargeboards need attention (painting and possibly fixing) - The render on the side of the house needs to be repainted. - Possible pointing required on the ridge tiles - Replacement of asbestos drainpipes - Previous owner of the house had a outbuilding conversion to a garage and then to a room. This room is damp so possibly something not done right (when buying the property the solicitor said it did not need planning permission but they couldnt find building reg approval so this may need to be sought). This room also has a leaking time expired flat roof that needs fixing or replacement.
