Job description:We require a small extension to be built from an existing ground floor bedroom. We have had plans done and have all the plans that have been through preliminary building regs and been accepted. It is a brick extension with patio doors - it is NOT a conservatory. It will require a flat roof and the drainage moved. The existing back door will be replaced with half brick wall and double glazed windows, this is in addition to the extension.
