Internal Renovation in Derringham

Job description:For the complete removal of the ground floor boards - replace joists - clean and sterilise x 3 rooms and replace like for like - to strip back to brickwork - possibly renew kitchen units - replaster - redecorate. Wiring will be taken care of by an electrical contractor but cannot be done until my local YEDL install an Earth Spike. All the above has to be done due to the Flood back in July. My insurer is Zurich who have given me the go ahead to get a quote.
