Job description:House roughly 16 years old. Flood damage to whole of ground floor i.e. hall, living room and kitchen. Water level 5 inches. House has concrete floors, mostly plaster board inner walls, fitted kitchen. Require expert advice on extent of damage, repairs required and cost. This is an insurance claim. Insurers approved builders cannot do the work, too busy. Insurers have asked me to find a local builder. No idea of the total cost so cannot answer budget value with any accuracy.
