Job description:1)The Porch is suffering from damp and spreading into the living area. Requires proofing injection, fungicidal wash and external tanking to remove the affected brickwork. 2)The hallway floor has sunk due to damp and has rotten the joists and supports. Brickwork support, damp proofing & replacement of joist is required, also laminate flooring will need replacing in affected area. 3) The dining area wall is affected by damp. Removal of affected plasterwork, damp proof course injection is required. A fungicidal, external tanking & stain block is needed before replastering 4) Kitchen ceiling has large mould mark from previous leak, needs fungicidal wash and stain block 5) Garden decking requires several areas to be replaced due to snapping. 6) Bathroom tiles around base of shower need replacing. 7) Attic Velux window is rotten and has visable air gaps. Requires new window.
