Job description:1).Supply and fit 2x battery fitted smoke alarms. 2).Carry out repairs to front gutter to sort out lean towards property on LHS. 3). Fit new flashing joint to next doors gutter on the RHS to make a water tight seal 4). supply and fit pepper pots to external chimney stack to prevent water penetration. 5). Carry out pointing works to front of property to prevent further penetration damp 6). Seal all window to front and rear of property 7). Remove old window on landing, brick up hole, replaster on inside and make decor good 8) Hack off plaster work to the dining area chimney breast, render with water resistance cement render and skim. 9). Fit new vent to dining area chimney breast. 10). redecorate the dining area, HSL, Front bedroom where required 11). Supply and fit new weather board to front door. 12).Paint flat external roof with external aqua seal or similar to make water tight 13). fit new mechanical extractor fan to bath room of further ventilation 14). Wash bathroom with anti fungal solution, apply damp stain paint and 2x caats of emulsion 15). Carry out repairs to joists in dining area leading to the kitchen to prevent movement. 16). Carry out repairs to electrics are re EH report 17). Add additional sockets to the property as re the EH report 18). Clear any debris fromsite and leave clean and tidy
