Need small yard area to get plastic roofing so my dog can stay dry when it's raining in St Andrew's

Job description:My dog refuses to go outside when it's raining so I want the side of my house (back garden) to have a roof made of corrugated clear plastic, with timber supports. The yard is 5' wide, 16' long. The roof will have to start 10' high with a gentle slope down to 6.5' high. I need someone to finalize the materials I need (what kind for the supports, how much, any specialist screws/fixings etc) and to actually put them all together. I'll be buying the materials myself so the budget given here is approximate and just for labour - the budget DOES NOT cover materials.
