Job description:with plans being submitted shortly we are looking for a 2 storey extension to be built to the side of our semi detached property. It would be on to our existing drive way at the moment. (a number of properties in our vicinity have had the same work done, or have had planning permission to do the work) We have acquired an architect who has agreed to do our drawings for us. We would require the footings, the brick work, roof and floor beams to the first floor. The height to the gable end is 7.1m from the floor. the length is 7.7m from front to back of the house and the 2 end walls are 2.4m wide by 4.7m high. All other work ie, plastering, wiring, plumbing etc would be carried out by ourselves, in hopes to bring the cost as low as possible.

Budget:£8,000 - £15,000
