Roofing work needed along with plastering in University

Job description:I would like a quote for two jobs done together 1) bay roof re-felted, flashing then re-plastered inside. 2) Back bathroom needs roof renewing with new tiles where needed , new timbers, a new membrane/felting, flashing , insulation and a ventilation tile. New plastic guttering and fascia (4m 70cm in length )n along the side of the house. Made good inside of bathroom ceiling with new plastering. Would like work done asap (1-3weeks time), happy to pay in cash if a good quote and would like work guaranteed on new roof. Thanks
