Job description:THE LOUNGE WAS ORIGINALLY A TWO ROOMED COTTAGE WHICH STILL HAS EXPOSED BEAMS ACROSS THE CENTRE. THESE NEED TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED BY A GOALPOST STEEL AS DRAWINGS FROM A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER. THE FLOORS AND CEILINGS WILL NEED TO BE LEVELLED. REMOVE ORIGINAL STAIRCASE. ADD SOUND PROOFING TO THE PARTY WALL. ADD INSULATION TO FRONT WALL. ALSO SKIM CEILINGS IN THE DINING ROOM AND HALLWAY TO COVER ARTEX.
