Job description:annex is approx 5m2 and the ceiling height is approx 2.4m. 1. remove existing door and windows and fit sliding glass panel exterior door 2. the remains of this wall is painted blockwork, this is to be plasterboarded and skimmed, together with the adjoining wall approx 15m2 in total. 3 there is a radiator on this wall that will need to be replaced in another location 4 the room is heated by an electric boiler and hot water is provided via a gas boiler - looking to replace these two units with a single combi boiler, the pipework for this is already in place.
