Job description:Repair work required to rear wall of house. Lintels almost certainly need attention as one looks bowed and another has blown render. Surveyor advises removal of this one, cleaning of the metal lintel then replacement and re -render. He said the bowed one could be shortened?Various cracks in brickwork and what looks like little holes where scaffolding may once have been erected that were never filled? House built in 1951. Ordinary brick construction. Other works planned, so could lead to further jobs for suitably qualified tradespeople.
